Blanche Viola Spangler

Blanche Viola Spangler 1931 - 2011 Blanche Viola Spangler, age 79 of Twin Falls, Idaho passed away at Heritage Retirement Center in Twin Falls, on Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Blanche was born July 8, 1931 in Fort Lewis, WA, the daughter of Lawrence and Sadie Peterson. As a girl, she married Donald Wayne Spangler in Seattle, WA and they remained in love until Don passed away in October of 2008. Blanche worked as a seamstress for White Stag Clothiers and always enjoyed sewing. Her other hobbies included crossword puzzles and bird watching. She was a member of the Women of the Moose Lodge in Fresno, CA. Surviving Blanche is her daughter, Leisa Denington, granddaughter, Ann Robinson and three great grandchildren, Michael Denington, Steven Denington and LeAnn Robinson, all of Twin Falls, Idaho. Graveside Services for Blanche will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Twin Falls Cemetery in Twin Falls, Idaho with Pastor Paul Jordan officiating. She and Don will be laid to rest together at this time. All services and arrangements are under the direction of the Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home & Crematory of Twin Falls, Idaho.
