LEON JACK ANDERSON

August 29, 1933 — January 9, 2011

Leon Jack Anderson Leon Jack Anderson born Aug. 29th. 1933 in Hyrum,Utah and passed away January 9, 2011 in Boise, Idaho. He was one of 13 children, born to Peter Hans and Anna Irene Anderson. Surviving Jack are his three children, daughter Janyce, son J.C., and daughter Misty. Also surviving are his three sisters, Jean Halliday of Washington, Utah, Carma Tolman Kearns of Utah, and JoAnna Hoskin(Gary)Hazelton, Idaho and two brothers, Raymond Dean Andersen(Mary) of Cedar City, Utah. and Harold Andersen, Buhl, Idaho. Jack served in the Korean War, and then spent most of his working career driving truck. He loved to travel, and loved the outdoors. He loved to write poetry and short stories and share them with people whose lives he touched. Graveside services for Jack will be held at the Hyrum City Cemetery, Friday, January 14, 2011 at 11:00 A.M.
