Obituary for James Clay Stoddard James Clay Stoddard, 48, of Twin Falls, died November 23, 2010 in his home from complications due to diabetes. He is survived by his mother, Merle Nelson Stoddard of Twin Falls, and siblings; Karen Belinne of San Antonio, TX, Kathryn Alford of Santa Rosa, CA, Jeanne Brown Bullock of Barrington, RI and Grant Stoddard of Honolulu, HI. Jim graduated from Twin Falls High School in 1980 and from the University of Idaho in 1985 with a degree in chemistry.
