Allan B. Dale 1946 -- 2010 Allan B. Dale, age 63 of Twin Falls Idaho passed away September 25, 2010 at Chaparelle House in Twin Falls Idaho. Allan was born October 15, 1946 in Topeka, Kansas. He was one of three children and the only son born to Philip Burdett Dale and Myra Kathryn (Green) Dale. Allan grew up and attended schools, in Topeka Kansas graduating in 1964. Allan then went on to college where he spent time furthering his education and then in 1967 enlisted in the United States Navy. While in the Navy he completed training for Petty Officer 3rd Class. He served aboard the USS Eugene A. Green, and received a National Defense service medal and the Vietnam service medal. He was honorably discharged from the Navy in 1971. Allan was involved in a motorcycle accident that caused him to be permanently disabled. After his accident, he worked most of his life in Kansas at the Big Lakes Development Center and when he moved to Idaho, the Twin Falls YMCA. During his life Allan's hobbies included listening to 60s and 70s music, riding motorcycles, transferring and creating music discs for his family, watching videos and TV, going to Jackpot and spending time with his family. Allan was preceded in death by his loving parents, Philip & Myra Dale. Surviving Allan is his sister, Judy (Bob) Wright of Jerome, Idaho, sister, Donna Denise (Mikel) Wyckoff of DeKalb, Illinois; 3 nephews, Brent and Brad Wright, and Pieter Wyckoff, and Nieces, Jolene Heinze and Lynn Wyckoff. At the request of the family, private services were held. Cremation is under the direction of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Falls, Idaho.
