Dale V. Quinn, 71, of Twin Falls, passed away July 29, 2010. He was born August 2, 1938 Twin Falls Idaho, the son of Hormer and Juanita Trump Quinn. He graduated from Twin Falls high school in 1956. March 2, 1959 he married the love of his life Joyce Breeding. He was 15 years old when he bought his first truck a red Ford used for custom hauling. He bought the red truck with help from his uncle Ed DeLuche. He did custom hauling for several years up to and after he married Joyce. After custom hauling he and his wife together started cutting and hauling lodge poles from over the Galena Summit to Ravenscroft Saw Mill. They enjoy doing this work together for two years. Following that he went to work for Pacific Iron and Steel in Twin Falls for several years, then moved to Boise. He then continued to work for Pacific Iron and Steel until he was injured at work. That injury forced his retirement. Dale enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting big game animals with his father. In later years he and his wife love to travel in their motorhome to Oregon, Salt Lake City, and Nevada. He also loved to take his four daughters on motorcycle road trips, and also joyrides in the family vehicle with no real destination. He also loved going to farm auctions all over the magic Valley. His last years were spent very ill with diabetes and heart, lung, and kidney problems. He also enjoyed spending time with his babies, is dogs Buddy and Little Bit. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Joyce Quinn of Twin Falls, children - Nolan L. Evans and her husband Monty of Twin Falls, Twila L. Quinn of Caldwell, Idaho, Tyra D. Quinn of Twin Falls, Cheryl L. Gallagos, of Round Rock, Texas, Leslie L. Quinn, of Jerome, Idaho, Tracy L. Dodson "Quinn" of Twin Falls, Idaho, Patrick J. Laughlin, of Twin Falls, Idaho, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, brother - Noland Farrell Quinn, Myrtle Creek, Oregon along with numerous foster children over the years. Preceding him in death were his parents Homer & Juanita Quinn, sister - Arlene Gallegos, brother - Edwin F. Quinn, and grandson - Austin James Grant. Dale will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Private family services were held. Arrangements were under the direction of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls.
