In Loving Memory of Eugene Clayton Seese 1923-2010 Eugene Clayton Seese, 86, of Hazelton, passed away at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center on Friday, February 5, 2010. Eugene was born to Earl M. and Mabel L. (Seebold) Seese on October 7, 1923 in Loyal, Oklahoma. Eugene attended schools in Loyal and then as a teenager headed west to Twin Falls, Idaho. He entered the Army in April of 1943 and spent time in England, Normandy, and Berlin, Germany. He received several awards for his service to his country. He was honorably discharged from his duties in Heidelberg Germany in 1946. He returned to Idaho and enlisted in the National Guard and continued to serve his country. He spent most of his life in construction building homes. He was married and to that union, four children were born. On the 10th day of October 1974, Eugene married Elfriede Baier. A daughter was added to this union. Eugene loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing were his favorite past-times. Eugene was survived by his wife, Elfriede of Eden; daughters, Roswitha (Ulrich) Jendryssek of Germany, Diana Seese of Nampa, Idaho, and Kelly (Morris) Greenwell of Hazelton, Idaho; son, Clayton (Delane) Seese of Payette, Idaho; 8 Grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, and one son. Services and cremation have been under the direction of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd., Twin Falls, Idaho.
