Virginia E. Stigall, 88 (39 at heart) of Twin Falls, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 29, 2009, at Woodstone Retirement Center with her loving family and close friends by her side. She was born in Hartville, Missouri, on July 18, 1920, to Marv & Crystena Moore, along with four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by three sons: Melvin (Linda) of Nipomo, California, Gene of Twin Falls, Dean (Eleanor) of Twin Falls, daughter Shirley (Heinz) Schulz of Kennewick, Washington, sister Ruth Roth of Murrieta, California, 11 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Virginia was preceded in death by her father and mother, four brothers and one sister, 2 infant sons, Arbrie Gene and Melvin Rannial, her husband, Loman Stigall, her son, Marvin E. Stigall, and grandchild, Tammy Jolene Stigall. She enjoyed being involved in the many activities at Woodstone. Her favorite thing was going on the Friday "Mystery" rides, and visiting with her many friends and family. She loved everyone with her whole being, and they loved her back. All the residents, caregivers, and workers at Woodstone became more than friends, they became part of her ever-growing family. The family would like to thank Hospice Visions for all they have done for Virginia. Virginia was devoted to her children and grandchildren. She was a kind and caring person who deeply loved her family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial contributions be made to Hospice Visions, Inc. Friends may call Friday, April 3, 2009 from 6 - 8 PM at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd., Twin Falls. A celebration of her life will be held at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 2:00 P.M. Internment will follow at the West End Cemetery in Buhl.
