Jerry Lee Aiken

Jerry Lee Aiken, 62 passed away in Twin Falls on January 14, 2009. He was born on December 27, 1946 the oldest of children of Guy and Mary Jane Aiken of Conrad, Iowa. He married Jaynane Davis in 1967. He graduated from Iowa State University and the obtained his graduate degree from the University of Iowa. He was always proud to say he was a farm boy from Iowa. He began his physical therapy profession in Omaha, and worked at Immanuel Medical Center for 17 years becoming the Director of Rehab Services. In 1989 he moved to Idaho joining a partnership where he became the physical therapist at Jerome's St. Benedicts Hospital. He later moved his employment to MVRMC in Twin Falls and most recently a physical therapist at Twin Falls Care Center. He is survived by his wife, Jaynane, Twin Falls; son, Justin Jay, Florence, OR; daughter, Jill (Danny) Pichering, Mt. Vernon, WA; two very special granddaughters, Norah and Elise; mother, Mary Jane, Conrad, IA; brother Tim Aiken, Las Vegas, NV and sister, Vicki, Las Vegas, NV. He was preceded in death by his father, Guy Aiken. Celebration of life will be held at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 21, 2009 at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls.
