Katherine Joan Myers

Katherine Joan Myers Katherine Joan Myers, 44 of Kimberly passed away at her home on December 25, 2008. Kathy was born on January 17, 1964, the youngest child of Walter and Helen Dewey in Cambridge, Nebraska. At an early age she moved with her family to Blackfoot and later to Kimberly. She graduated from Kimberly High School in 1982. On February 20, 1999 she married Dennis Myers and they made their home north of Jerome. They moved to Oregon for a short time before returning to Kimberly. She is survived by her husband, Dennis; sons, Derek Myers and Logan Nutting, Kimberly; daughter, Lynsey Nutting, Twin Falls; mother, Helen Dewey, Kimberly; brothers, Gary Dewey, Jerome; John Dewey and Don Dewey, Blackfoot; and Ron Dewey, California; sisters, Connie Sayer, Hansen; Linda Chavez, Kimberly; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Dewey. At her request a private family service will be held. Arrangements are being handled by Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls.
