Carol Lee Nelson

Carol Lee Nelson, also lovingly known as "Grandma's farm" passed away December 5, 2008 in her home in Twin Falls. Carol was born September 6, 1950 in Tremonton, Utah the daughter of Don Lee Nelson and Ione Anderson. Carol grew up on a ranch in Lynn, Utah. She loved the western way, she was a true cowgirl. She enjoyed horse racing, gardening and her granddaughters "Ellie bug" and "Myla Jo". She was blessed with a beautiful mind, a strong will and a drive for life. Carol is survived by her mother, Ione Wright, Burley; brother, Roddy Don (Vicky) Nelson, Buckeye, AZ; her children, Chris (Alma) Perotto, Twin Falls; Josh Perotto, Idaho Falls; granddaughters, Eliana and Myla Perotto. She was preceded in death by her father, Don Lee Nelson and brother, Randal Nelson. A gathering of family and friends will be held 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 187 Dubois Avenue, Twin Falls with burial services at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 12, 2008 at Pleasant View Cemetery, Burley. Arrangements were handled by Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home in Twin Falls.
