Maurice Ellis Whitmore

Maurice Ellis Whitmore, 67 of Kimberly, passed away Saturday, October 11 and went to be with his Lord after a long battle with cancer and diabetes. Maurice was born July 31, 1941 to Gale Robert and DeLila Olive Whitmore in Twin Falls, Idaho. He worked for George Koto and then for Ore-Ida Heinz, McCains foods for 35 years until he retired 5 years ago. Maurice took care of his mother until her death in September 2006. He is survived by his brother, Anthony (Tony) Whitmore; two sisters, Charlene (Larry) McKay and Esther (Larry) Lillibridge. He was preceded in death by his father, Gale Robert Whitmore and his mother, DeLila O. Whitmore. He was deeply loved by his family and will be greatly missed. In lieu of flowers the family suggest memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the charity of your choice. Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, October 16, 2008 with a viewing 5-7 pm Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls.
