Christine Vivian MacDonald

Christine Vivian (Simmons) MacDonald, age 70 of Buhl, Idaho passed away at Applegate Assisted Living after a long fight against Alzheimer’s Disease. Christine was born in Twin Falls, January 31, 1950 to George & Helen (Andrews) Simmons. As a child, Christine grew up and was educated in Long Beach, CA. She graduated from Lakewood High School in 1968. As a young woman, she moved back to Idaho, was married and then later divorced. In 1988, she married her husband, Robert and together, they raised their son, Daniel. Christine was a member of the Clover Trinity Lutheran Church in Buhl, ID. She worked in retail in the Twin Falls area and her last position was sales associate at the Imagination Station. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Cremation and Private Inurnment are under the direction of Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls, Idaho. Her husband and son would like to thank the caring people at Applegate Assisted Living in Buhl and Idaho Home Health & Hospice for 6 years of Love and care of Christine. Contributions in Christine’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in Boise or the Clover Trinity Lutheran Church. Inurnment will be private family event held at the Clover Lutheran Cemetery in Buhl, Idaho.
