Betty Jane Chapman

Betty Jane Chapman, 85, of Filer, passed at Canyons Retirement Home in Twin Falls surrounded by family on December 20, 2022. She was born in Missouri to Roy Everett Miller and Lilly Grant Miller on March 6, 1937. She came to Jerome, Idaho when she was young. She married Edward C. Chapman on December 15, 1957, in Elko, Nevada. She loved her flower garden and watching birds. She made many quilts over the years and sent many quilts to the men and women serving in the military. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Edward in 2016. She is survived by her son, Allen (Jennifer) Chapman of Filer, her grandsons: Chris (Cassie) Chapman, Nick (Valerie) Chapman and three great-granchildren: Kyle, Cierria and Bella, whom she loved dearly. Memorial Services will be held at a later date at the Hailey Cemetery in Hailey Idaho.
