C Lee Buddecke, 93, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away from old age on September 21, 2021 among family and his loving caretakers at Syringa Place. Lee was born in New Orleans on January 13, 1938 to Charles and Gladys Buddecke. He graduated from Tulane University with an engineering degree. He met Joy Prudent in Dallas, Texas while employed at Texas Instruments where he helped developed the first silicone chip. They were married in 1960. Son David was born in Dallas, Texas and the family moved southern California where Lee worked at Autonetico and finished his career there. His passion was traveling and making wine. He impacted the lives of many young men serving as a Boy Scout leader for many years. Lee is survived by his wife Joy, son David (Lisa) and Granddaughter Kelli Ann, Sara and many other's who loved him. Service's are private at his request, his ashes will be scattered at sea.
