Candace Vanderschaaf Palmer

Candace VanderSchaaf Palmer born January 4, 1953, beloved daughter of Larry and Marjorie VanderSchaaf, passed away on Saturday, September 18. Candy is survived by her three children, twin sons Jim Palmer and Tom Palmer, and daughter Tricia Ludwig, their spouses Mary, Becky, and Adam, and seven grandchildren. Candy is also survived by her three siblings and their spouses Skip and Karen VanderSchaaf; Fred and Joan VanderSchaaf; and Mike and Patti Fussell. She most recently called Twin Falls, ID home. Her passions included spending time with her husband Gary Golay, her family, church and most importantly her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Mom’s favorite hymns Amazing Grace and Blessed Assurance now have a new soprano in heaven’s choir. Her family is eternally grateful for the loving support over these past few weeks. Praise the Lord for the healing power of the Cross! We’ll see you soon, mom.
