Carol Jean Clark

Carol Jean Clark, 75 years young of Kimberly, Idaho passed away in Twin Falls, Idaho on April 28th, 2023 from an Aortic Aneurism Carol was born in Wendell, Idaho September 3, 1947 to Lee Miles and Alice Zimmerman Miles. She grew up in Wendell and Jerome Idaho, graduating in 1965 from Jerome High School. She attended Mr. Juan’s beauty school for a short time. Carol met and married Gerald “Jerry” L Clark on April 22, 1966 in Twin Falls, Idaho. Gaining a Daughter Rita Laurene whom she raised as her own. On December 15, 1971 they had a second daughter, Nicole Lee. Growing up Carol loved to go camping and hunting with her Mom and Step dad Oliver, that she never Called Step. She was the youngest of 5 siblings and 3 Step brothers. Anyone who met her loved her, even if sometimes she would say inappropriate things. After marrying Jerry they joined the trail machine association and spent many weekends with friends in the mountains riding dirt bikes and cleaning trails and drinking John Holmes Beer out of his keg. She was Dance Chairman of the Magic Valley Trail Machine association where they raised money for different people and events. Carol and Jerry travel on their road bike all over with friends and had many trips to the coast deep sea fishing. She loved to bowl and started bowling in 1979 and bowled until a few years ago when her shoulder wouldn’t allow it anymore. She made many lifelong friends bowling. That love her still. Carol worked in the potato fields with Billie Spencer and Lois Peterson during potato harvest, for Dahlies big and tall women’s store downtown. Later on working at Woolworths in the Mall. In 1990 she bought a Ceramic Store and had it for several years before selling it and Completely retiring so she and jerry could travel to car shows, swap meets and to see her in laws and family in Arkansas and her oldest sister Verlus in Michigan. She is survived by her husband Jerry, Daughters Rita of Arkansas and Nicole and Jim of Idaho, Grandkids, Gabriel, Angie, Christopher, Michael, Stephanie and Isabel of Arkansas and Daniel, David and Lisa of Idaho. 12 great Grandkids and 1 great great grandson. A few extra that claimed her as their mom and grandma too.. Kolby and his 2 children. A Sister Verlus Burnette of Michigan, A brother Dr. Paul V. and Anne Miles A Sister in Law Sheri Miles of Idaho Step Brothers Chet Thomas of Jerome and Steven Wayne and Deanna Thomas of Kimberly, several nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. 3 cats Lindsey, Alissa and Chevy 2 granddogs Oscar and Betty, 4 Grand horses, her favorite Goat Jinx, her flock of chickens and many Rabbits that she tended when Jim & Nicole were out of town. She was preceded in Death by her Dad Lee and her mom Alice and 2nd dad Chester Oliver Thomas, a Brother Dr. Dale L Miles, Sister Faye L Miles, Brother-in-law Jerry Burnett, Step Brother Lewis Thomas mother and father-in-law Charles and Vivian Clark and sister-in-law Sue Orr.
