Carol Lynn Nielsen

Carol Lynn Nielsen, age 76 of Twin Falls went to be with Jesus on March 29, 2023 at St Luke's Hospital due to an Aneurism. Carol was born in Los Angeles, California on November 5th, 1946 to Daniel and Cora Zuck. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science and an RN in nursing. Carol married her husband Garald Nielsen in 1968 in Southern California. Carol loved nursing. She worked as a school nurse and home health nurse. She was very active in after-school Good News clubs. She loved teaching Sunday School and was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR). She was preceded in death by her brother Bill. She is survived by her husband Garald, 2 sisters Eileen and Diane, 4 children Christa Hannold of Twin Falls, Rebecca Bell of Louisiana, John Nielsen of California, Sarah Allen of Washington, and 12 grandchildren. Visitation for Carol will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. and Thursday one hour prior to the services at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, ID. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks you to please make a donation to the charity of your choice.
