Charles William Davison, 64 of Twin Falls passed away on Friday April 28th, 2023 at St Luke’s due to a fall. Charles was more affectionately known as Chuck, Chuckie Cheese, Honey, Dad and Grandpa. Charles was born on January 6, 1959 to Harold and Rosanna Jewel Davison (Porter) in Walla Walla Washington. Although Chuck would tell you he was found on a fence pole and hatched by the sun! Chuck was the second child of 4. His big brother Hal and him were very close through out their lives. He was estranged from the other 2. Chuck lived in several places before settling in Twin Falls in the late 70’s. Chuck was so proud of his many accomplishments. He joined the Army when he was 17. After several years of service he transferred to the Army National Guard Reserves where he continued to excel until he was in kidney failure and Honorably Discharged in 1997. After a go on dialysis he received a life saving kidney in 1995. In 1984 Chuck stopped racing cars even though he was the dirt track champion after he started dating his friend Danny’s sister. They later welcomed his daughter Heather into the world. He was a very proud father. In 1999 he added another title to his belt, this time it was Father In Law when Heather married Giovanni Dover. In 2000 he watched his grandson Eli be born. Shortly after in 2002 Meriha was born and then in 2004 James rounded out the bunch! He was an incredible Grandpa. Just shy of a year ago he was blessed with a beautiful great Granddaughter Joann. He was so proud and loved them dearly. In 1998 Chuck’s best friends Christy and Bill set him up on a blind date, which then lead to him marrying Cerese Edwards. Along side Cerese, Chuck gained 3 bonus kids, along with their kids and even Granddaughters! He always tried to be a good role model for them. Chuck was always proud of them as well. Chuck and Cerese lead a quiet simple life, but it was filled with so much love and adventure! They loved checking out old mining ghost towns, as well as just going for a drive to enjoy each other and nature. When they were able they grew amazing gardens, he was so proud of his huge pumpkins! Tending to the yard and many flower beds were a huge part of their pastime. Chuck was proceeded in death by his Father Harold, grandparents, in-laws and grandson Hunter. Chuck was survived by his wife Cerese, mom Jewel Davison, Daughter and Son In Law Heather and Giovanni, Jennifer and Kurt, Kristy and Joseph, and Cory. Grandchildren Eli, Meriha (RJ) and James. Zack, Jordan, Tara, Clayton, Taylor and Wyatt. Great Granddaughters Joann, Vivien and Evelyn. Brother Hal Davison (Vicki) as well as many Aunts, Cousins, nieces, nephews as well as so many friends who loved him dearly.
