Elisa "EJ" Poston

Elisa Jane (EJ) Poston, 66, passed away in her home on November 11, 2024, after a 3-year battle with cancer.

EJ was born in Ft Leonard Wood, MO on July 4, 1958, to Eddley and Kiwako Poston. She attended Highland High School and Idaho State University in Pocatello, Idaho. She graduated from ISU with a bachelor’s in business.

EJ worked for the South Central Public Health District in Twin Falls for 14 years where she enjoyed bossing people around and making sure meetings were kept in order. EJ was a woman who enjoyed and relished her solitude, didn't want or need any help from anyone, but would be the first to step in if family or friends needed help. EJ is survived by brother Jim (Patti) Poston, sister Vanessa Meyer, half-brother Eddie Poston, and many nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her fur babies, Coco Puff and Teeny Tiny.
