Elizabeth L Hazen

Elizabeth “Betty” Hazen was born October 31, 1934 in Eldora, Iowa to Everett and Francis Krominga. She was the second youngest of eight children. She married Bill Vest, but they later divorced. She then married Vern Hazen and they resided in Twin Falls, Idaho. Vern and Betty owned Hazen’s Petting Zoo. They traveled around the country, sharing their love for animals. Betty’s silly personality and caring heart made it easy for anyone that met her to love her. She will be truly missed by everyone that had the pleasure of knowing her. She is survived by her children; Cindy Grim (Max), Randy Vest (Debbie), Tony Vest (Denise) Rob Vest and Randy, Rick, Terry, Sherry, and Lorri. By her grandchildren; Amy Kaune (Doug), Daysha Lee (Tony), Tiffany Razo-Chavez (Benito), Kayla Kline, Anthony Vest (Kalie), Quintin Vest, Liam Vest, Brian Bell, and Desirae Razza (Joe). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by the love of her life Vern, 3 brothers; Bud, Frank, and Dingy as well as 4 sister; Kat, Jody, Pat, and Connie. Also her beloved dog, Charlie. A Memorial Service will take place Friday, April 5, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd. Twin Falls, Idaho.
