Emery Earl Harman departed this life July 25, 2022 to meet his Father in Heaven and rejoin Bonnie, his wife of 52 years. Emery was born Dec 13, 1930 in Yates Center, Kansas and passed away in his sleep at Beehive Homes in Draper Utah, July 25, 2022 with family by his side. Emery was a Navy veteran, having served during the Korean War. Trained as a pipefitter, he was the second California state licensed welder of sanitary purged stainless tubing for food processing applications (his business partner being the first). He owned and managed several construction companies, a grocery store, a stage freight hauling business, a motel, a trailer park, and laundromats. He enjoyed bowling, playing baseball and softball, coaching youth sports, and earned a Silver Beaver and many other awards for his ardent support of Scouting. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served as a counselor in his ward and as a temple worker. He is preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Bonnie Jean Harman and is survived by his 6 children, John, Matthew, Mark, Micah, Benjamin, Tressa and their families. Funeral services will be Monday, August 8, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Twin Falls 7th Ward, 847 Eastland Dr. in Twin Falls.
