Faith Ann Enderle

It is with deep sorrow and profound love that the family of Faith Ann Enderle announce the passing of their beloved child on December 28, 2024, at the far too young age of 15. She will forever and fondly be missed by all who knew her bright spirit.

Faith will eternally hold a place in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be lovingly and forever remembered by her parents, Mitch and Ann; her brother, Jackson; and her grandparents, Dave Enderle, and Rob and Jan Francis. Faith was preceded by her loving grandmother Carol Enderle.  Faith will be missed and her memory will be cherished by her loving aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Laura Francis, along with her children Miles, Carter, Beckett, and Asher; Heather and Doug Kooren, along with their children Alex and Hannah; Jennifer and Greg Jung, along with their children Landen, Ireland, and Aiden; Jason and Jen Enderle, along with their children Zach and Kyleigh; and Mike and Jenna Enderle, along with their children Lidia, Charlie, and Eleanor. Faith touched the lives of everyone around her and her spirit lives on with the countless friends who Faith loved with all her heart.

Faith was the definition of a joyful spirit. She was known for her infectious smile, her adventurous nature, and the way she lit up any room she entered. She excelled in everything she chose to do, including academics and sports, from softball to skiing to volleyball. She always took on life with enthusiasm and determination. Faith was a natural leader, always ready to lend a hand, share a laugh, and inspire those around her. Her friends and family adored Faith for her kindness, her humor, and her unwavering ability to make those around her feel special and seen. Faith also nurtured a strong love of the Lord and would often be found writing detailed notes with scripture during church services which she posted in her room as daily reminders of her faith in God.

Beneath the surface of this outgoing and confident young teen, like so many others, Faith battled with an internal struggle that was hard to see for those around her. Despite her vibrant personality and outward success, she endured mental health challenges that she would not or could not often express. Although Faith was getting help and working on managing her mental health, it is with profound sadness that we now recognize the depth of her suffering. Faith's story is a reminder that mental illness does not always manifest in ways we expect. Even those who appear to be thriving may be struggling in ways that others cannot see. If there is any lesson from this tragedy, it is that one’s mental health matters and requires careful attention. If you or someone you know is suffering, please reach out for help. There is no shame in struggling, and there is no shame in asking for support. You are and will ALWAYS be enough.

Faith’s legacy will live on through the love she effortlessly gave to all of those in her orbit, the lives she touched, and the lessons she taught us about kindness, joy, and resilience. We will never forget the light she brought to our lives, and we will continue to honor her memory by working to ensure no one else endures their struggle alone or in silence. 

Faithy, we love you. You are forever in our hearts, and your story will continue to inspire those who know you to love deeper, listen more closely, and seek help when needed.

In lieu of flowers, the Enderle family has partnered with the Sun Valley Ski Education Foundation (SVSEF) to establish a fund in Faith's memory, which will be dedicated to future programs and initiatives focused on mental health and awareness—causes they believe truly honor Faith's legacy.
