She spent her early years in Granger, Utah and graduated from Cyprus High School in Magna, Utah. Jacque then attended two years of college at the University of Utah with a focus on business psychology. Then later I attended two and a half years of LDS Business School.

Jacqueline married Gary Arthur Warr in 1957. Together they had three children. Jacque then married Milton Earl McKeel in 1962, and from this union had one child. Jacqueline married Ray Glade Whiting in 2004, and the couple spent the rest of her life together.

Jacqueline retired in 2009 to pursue many hobbies that brought her joy. She particularly enjoyed dancing, gardening, sewing, and crafting. Jacque was also known to be an avid fan of football, her favorite team being the Patriots. She also devoted her time to being a member of the Good Sams Club.

Jacqueline was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. Before all else, Jacque cherished the peace and joy her faith brought to her.
