A 1974 graduate of Picayune Memorial High School, she graduated from Mississippi College, then spent a year completing her medical technology degree at Mobile Infirmary. She also spent some much-appreciated time back home in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area before relocating a final time for a new opportunity in Twin Falls, Idaho. In addition to her work, family, and traveling, Jammye enjoyed arts and crafts, a passion which she passed on to her daughters.
