Kenneth Patterson

Kenneth "Ken" Patterson, 87, of Jerome passed away on March 5, 2025.

Ken grew up in Kansas City, Kansas and always credited his father for turning him into a lifelong Royals fan.

He proudly served our nation in the U.S. Navy and moved his family to Idaho after receiving an Honorable Discharge in order to pioneer two churches. As a graduate of BSU, Ken enjoyed many avenues of serving others throughout his career. Meeting with and dealing with the public were constant sources of joy and fulfilment for him. Ken remained a man of faith throughout his life, no day was complete without ministering to someone.

Ken held two sources of great pride. He was proud of his Naval service, yet was never more proud than when speaking of his "kids, grandkids and great-grandkids". He is survived by his beloved son and two daughters, seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Wilks Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, Idaho 83301.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to either United Service Organizations or Paralyzed Veterans of America in Ken's name.
