Kenton Hamlett, age 73 of Twin Falls, Idaho passed away October 6, 2020, at his home in Twin Falls. Kenton was born January 31, 1947, in Mesa, AZ to Clarence & Eunice Hamlett. He graduated from the Idaho School for the Blind and Deaf. In May of 1990, Kenton married Sandra Edwards in Idaho Falls, ID. Some of Kenton's hobbies included Rock Hounding, Fishing and spending time in the Outdoors. He was an avid reader of History and Geography. Kenton retired after 27 years of service with Universal Frozen Foods. He was also a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church in Twin Falls, Idaho. Kenton was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Eugene & Eunice Hamlett and his brother, Wayne Hamlett. Surviving Kenton is his wife, Sandra, three brothers, Darrel (Elaine) Hamlett, Kelly (Teresa) Hamlett and Gordon Hamlett, all of Twin Falls, ID; his niece, Cristie (Dan) Villines of Twin Falls, ID; three nephews, Benjamin (Janna) Hamlett, Paul (Cathy) Hamlett, both of Buhl, ID and Art (Brandice) Hamlett of Alaska. Seven great-nieces and two great-nephews. A Celebration of Kenton's life will be held Thursday, October 15, 2020, at 10:00 A.M. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home 2551 Kimberly Road, Twin Falls, ID with Inurnment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Twin Falls, ID. All services and arrangements are under the direction of Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home of Twin Falls, Idaho.
