Larry Kent Craig, age 77, of Eden, Idaho, received his angel wings on November 10, 2019. Larry was born in Wendell Idaho on November 17, 1941 to Kyle and Hazel Craig. He turned 17 in the air on his way to boot camp where he became a Navy Seabee. Larry had 47 years of dedication as a city council member and mayor. He started L&T construction in 1987 with his son Todd they worked as partners until his passing. Larry took great pride in his work and the way her treated his customers and considered them as friends. In 1966 he married the love of his life Rebecca Black of Eden Idaho. Their two sons Todd and Mark both of whom where born in Moses Lake, WA. They came back to Eden in 1972 where they still reside. They spent every weekend camping, fishing and motorcycle riding as a family. The memories will be cherished forever. In 1988,1995 and 2012 he became the proud papa of three beautiful girls Coty, Kimberly and Adysen. They were the light of his life. From the time his boys where born through his granddaughters and great granddaughter his lap was never empty. Grandpa like to talk about the good old days and share his love for the outdoors with his girls. Their favorite memories of papa are his contagious laugh, riding in the 4 wheelers and his big papa bear hands. We will cherish and carry his love forever in our hearts. Larry was a very honest, wise, and respected by many. He passed many wonderful traits to all his loved ones. He was preceded in death by his parents Kyle and Hazel Craig and his son Mark Craig. He is survived by his wife Rebecca Craig of 53 years, Todd (Vickie) Craig, Coty (James) Pierce, Adysen Pierce, Kimberly (Chase) Emery and his brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 at 10:00 A.M. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home, 2551 Kimberly Rd. in Twin Falls. Burial will follow at the Hazelton cemetery.
