Leila LaVonne Neilson

Leila L. Neilson of Twin Falls, ID, 85, passed away at St. Luke's Magic Valley Regional Medical Center on August 2, 2021 after a short illness.

Leila was born in Twin Falls, ID, September 1, 1935 to Ralph and Maude (née Conrad) Webring. Leila grew up on a sheep ranch in Cassia County. She loved animals, gardening, hiking, and camping. She married Darwin M. Neilson in 1951. She was the family birthday cake baker. She loved cats, and dogs, and had many pets. She was an amazing cook and loved to have family celebrations at her home. 

She is survived by her children Curt (Cindy), Diane (Dan), Denise, and Scott. A sister Gae Mora. She is also survived by two (2) grandchildren, Sarah (Joe), and Dustin (Leah), and four (4) great grandchildren, Rex, Rio, Taige, and Roxanne. She was preceded in death by her husband Darwin and a grandson, Jason Burch.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
