Linnea Creer Hogan

Linnea Hogan, age 81, of Twin Falls, ID, passed away unexpectedly at her home on the morning of February 13, 2023. Linnea was born in Soda Springs, ID on June 13, 1941 to Jack and Mildred Creer. She graduated from Gem Valley High School in Bancroft, ID and later pursued Secretarial Studies at Idaho State University. It was in Bancroft where she grew up and would meet her high school sweetheart and husband of 43 years, Gordon Hogan. They were married on June 18th, 1961 in Soda Springs, ID. Linnea loved to dance, attend local concerts, watch football, tend her flower garden, and otherwise celebrate life with her cherished friends and family. She went out of her way to care for others, and always kept everyone laughing and smiling with her light heart and sharp wit. Linnea was predeceased by her husband, Gordon, in 2004, and by her daughter, Audrene, in 1997. She is survived by her brother-Jim Creer, son and daughter-in-law–Josh and Lisa Hogan, her loving grandchildren–Matthew, Kyle, and Tara, and six beautiful great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held on Friday, February 17 at 11 a.m. at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home at 2551 Kimberly Road in Twin Falls, ID 83301.
