Ralph E Lowe peacefully passed away October 1, 2022, at Serenity Transitional Care. Ralph was born September 23, 1944, to Russell and Elna Lowe of Twin Falls, ID. He was the third son of 5 children. He attended several schools around the Twin Falls area where he graduated form Twin Falls High School in 1962. After graduating, he worked for Idaho Frozen Foods and married shortly thereafter to Eileen Ford of Filer. Together they had 4 children. Andy Lowe (Rita) of Twin Falls, Randy Lowe (Lana) of Griffin, GA, Sandra Gonzales (Juan) of Wendell and Thomas Lowe (Kim) of Kimberly. Ralph was blessed to have 9 grandchildren and 5 bonus grandchildren along with 4 great grandchildren. Ralph spent 47 years working for Lamb Weston Food until his health forced him to retire in the Fall of 2009. Ralph received many awards and recognition from Lamb Weston, including going to Omaha, NB for his 45th year of recognition. There he made numerous lifelong friends where they honored him with the nickname Smiley. He was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints where he served in many callings in the 9th ward. He enjoyed hunting, outdoors activities, farming, old cars, visiting and helping the sick and his family and neighbors. He will be known for all his service to his fellow men including church family, friends and neighbors. Ralph enjoyed many family vacations and outings with his kids, grandkids, family and friends throughout the years. Ralph is survived by his four children and their spouses, siblings Denice Lowe of Kimberly, Mike Lowe (Jen) of Kimberly, Sister-in-law Caryn Lowe of Boise, as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and an Aunt. He was proceeded in death by his parents, two brothers, Edward and Andrew and one grandson Rusty Lowe. A memorial service will be held, Saturday, April 8, 2023, at 10 a.m. at Parke's Magic Valley Funeral Home in Twin Falls. Interment will immediately follow at Twin Falls Cemetery. His family would like to thank all his doctors and nurses at MSTI in Twin Falls, his caregivers and Serenity Transitional home and many health care personnel.
