Ralph Arthur Lewis

Ralph A. Lewis, 93, of Twin Falls, passed away at his home on August 10, 2022. Born in Murtaugh, ID to Hiram Basil Lewis & Charlene Warrington. Ralph was the youngest of five children. He proudly served in United States Airforce for two years before joining the Army and retiring after 23 years of service in January of 1970. During his service in the Army, he was awarded a Bronze Star Medal for his service in Vietnam, Two Army Commendation Medals, Six Good Conduct Medals, Two National Defense Medals, Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry with Palm, & Vietnamese Service Medal Ralph was an avid fisherman, enjoyed the great outdoors, and photography. Ralph is survived by his four children, Deborah White, Kathryn Lewis, Barbara McMurray, & Patricia Lewis. His grandchildren, D’Ana Reynolds (Robert Reynolds), Jessica McMurray (Stephen Foxhoven), Amber Stevens, Justin McMurray (Jennifer McMurray), & Kayla Lewis, and seven great-grandchildren. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and loving wife Fran Lewis. He will be truly missed by all who knew him. Military graveside services will be Monday, August 15, 2022 at 12 Noon at the Snake River Canyon National Cemetery, 1585 E. Elm St. in Buhl, Idaho.
