Ramona Maude (Craner) Rush of Twin Falls, age 94, passed away on October 29, 2022, in Mission Viejo California. Ramona was born in Eden, Idaho on July 22, 1928, to Hyrum Ray Craner and Maude (Birch) Craner. She came from very humble beginnings but had a happy childhood with her siblings, James Craner, Phyllis (Craner) Utt and Jack Craner. Her siblings remained close to one another their entire lives, sharing every holiday and special occasion together. She graduated from Eden High School in 1946 and that same year married Stanley Legg. They had five children, Stan Jr, Galen, Terry, Mike, and Kelly. She was married briefly to Robert Anderson and welcomed another son, Andy. In August of 1978 Ramona finally found what she was looking for when she met and married Stanley E Rush. This union was a true love story, and the dreams she had longed for as a girl from a small town in Idaho had finally come to fruition. Along with a new husband she happily welcomed Stan’s children Margaret, Charlene, Katie, and Sonny and eight additional grandchildren. Stan and Ramona had a youthful energy that was clear to anyone they met. Their lives were filled with countless adventures. From trips around the country in their motor home, on a Harley or traveling the Alcan highway sleeping in the back of their pickup along the way, no journey was too big or too small and they embraced them all with enthusiasm. She and Stan loved having company and delighted when they were able to visit family, friends, and neighbors. Ramona loved spending time in her garden, was a member of Eastern Star and a longtime member of the First Christian Church in Twin Falls. Ramona is survived by her children Stan Legg Jr (Merlynn), Galen Legg, Terry Legg (Susan), Mike Legg (Michelle), Kelly Newbry (Doug) and Andy Anderson (Tina). Stepdaughters Katie (Rush) Sween and Margaret (Rush) Deal, as well as her 13 grandchildren and 38 great grandchildren. She will be missed by those who had the pleasure of knowing her, but especially by her children. Although we will deeply miss our beloved mother, we are thankful that she is finally at peace, and she’s once again reunited with Stan and her loved ones. A Memorial service will be held at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home on Saturday, December 10th at 2:00pm. In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that a charitable contribution be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her honor at https://www.alz.org/donate To watch Ramona's video click here: https://www.tributeslides.com/tributes/preview/TLYD3LPBSXJX5HTC
