Rick Clifford Dry

Rick Clifford Dry passed away on October 28, 2024, after a lingering illness. He was born in Jerome, Idaho on July 14, 1954.

Rick lived most of his life in Idaho. His family moved to Kansas for 2 years when he was a boy.

Rick lived in the Hansen/Kimberly area and went to school in Kimberly. Rick worked with his dad in farming, was a police officer for a short time in Kimberly and worked for the Canal Company in Jerome. Rick also worked for Emery Construction until he was unable to work any longer. However, for most of his life, Rick was a dedicated long-haul truck driver.

Rick and his first wife, Robin, had 3 children, Rick, Derik and Stephanie. Later in Rick’s life he had another son, Alan.

Rick moved to Wyoming with his 2nd wife Jeanie where he was a volunteer firefighter while farming there.

After Jeanie passed away, Rick found his partner, Kristina, for almost 20 years and was much loved by his family, children, grandchildren, stepchildren and step grandchildren. Rick was much loved and will be missed by all.

Rick is preceded in death by his 2nd wife Jeannie and his dad, Elmer “Bud” Dry.

Rick is survived by his mother, Roberta; brothers Dan and Dean; sister Lynda; stepsister Shirley; sons Rick, Derik, and Alan; and daughter Stephanie.
