Warren Lee Weaver (September 20, 1951 – November 11, 2023) Warren Lee Weaver, age 72, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away in Twin Falls on November 11, 2023, from multiple complications, but most would say it was from a broken heart. Warren was born in Montpellier, Idaho, on September 20, 1951, to Leo Stewart Weaver (Bennington, Idaho) and Leona Robison Weaver (Georgetown, Idaho). He was born on the birthday of his mother’s sister and always claimed that he was her favorite nephew. The youngest of four children, he was a little spoiled and earned the name “The Candy Kid” from his grandmother. A bit mischievous, he always kept his family on their toes. Warren attended Pocatello High School and later completed his GED. He continued to be a little bit of a misfit until 1976 when he met this cute little waitress at the Hanson’s café across from the boarding house where he was living in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. It wasn’t long before he and Dianne went on their first date on Thanksgiving that year. They fell head over heels in love with each other and were married on January 6, 1977, in Elko, Nevada. Dianne was his best friend and confidant, the love and light of his world. Warren was a clever handy man, mechanic and woodworker who delighted in making gifts for his family and friends. He enjoyed putting together jigsaw puzzles and couldn’t resist a good book. He loved spending time with his family, especially when he could be surrounded by all of God’s creations, whether camping in the mountains, exploring Yellowstone, or taking in the glorious Shoshone waterfalls. He could be a bit stubborn, but above all else, he loved his family and was proud of all their accomplishments. Warren is preceded in death by his father, Leo Stewart Weaver, his mother, Leona Robison Weaver, and his loving wife, Millicent Dianne Wagner Weaver. Warren is survived by three daughters, Charity Hunter (Richard), Shayla Forbes (Ryan), and Cammy Sharp (Scott), son, Justin Weaver (Melissa), nine grandchildren, Brianna Hunter, Matthew Hunter (Amarys), and Joshawa Hunter, Shawn Sharp and Brittany Rucker (Ethin), Katelyn Forbes, Kenny Weaver, Lee Weaver, and Rose Weaver, brothers, Ron Weaver (Sharon), Gary Weaver (Sandy) and sister Rae Leafty (George). Warren will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at Wilks Funeral Homes in Twin Falls on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 2:00 PM.
