William "Bill" L. Kinley III

William (Bill) L. Kinley III, 82, of Twin Falls, Idaho, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024, after a life full of love, adventure, and service. Bill was born in Long Beach, California, in March of 1942, to William L. Kinley II and Jean H. Belatti.

Bill earned his bachelor’s degree before enlisting in the United States Navy, where he rose to the rank of lieutenant. He was honorably discharged in 1969, after which he embarked on a successful career as an electronic technician. He also worked for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), where his dedication and professionalism left a lasting impact.

In October 1972, Bill married Roslyn Adler in Reno, Nevada, and the two shared many happy years together as residents of Twin Falls, Idaho.

Bill was an active member of his community, generously volunteering his time during tax season to assist others through AARP for many years. He also found joy in spending time outdoors. Bill loved jet skiing and spent countless hours ATV riding with his close friend Mike Havener. He also enjoyed trips to Jackpot, Nevada, with friends.

Bill’s family extends their deepest thanks to his special friends Mike and Barbara Havener for their support and companionship, and to Serenity and Auburn Crest Hospice for the exceptional care they provided during Bill’s final days.

Bill is survived by his step-daughter Kercynda Adler-Resnick of Rocklin, California, and his step-son Keith Adler of Grand Junction, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved wife Roslyn Adler Kinley, and his sister Laurie Kinley.
