Yvonne Marie Good

Yvonne “Bonnie” Good, of Twin Falls, earned her heavenly wings and left this earth Sunday, April 21 (Easter), 2019 from post-operative complications after several weeks at Saint Alphonsus Hospital in Boise.

Bonnie was born February 6, 1944 in Buhl, Idaho to Charles and Ada “Lucille” Robinson.  She was raised in Twin Falls where she attended schools and met the love of her life, Tom Good.  Tom and Bonnie were married on December 22, 1961 and had two daughters, Tonya Kardas and LaRae Lodes.

Bonnie spent most of her working years in Food Service/Sales until she retired several years ago.  Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Lucille Robinson, her husband, Tom Good, and her brother, Richard “Dick” Robinson.  She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law; Tonya (Justin) Kardas of Boise and LaRae (Jamie)Lodes of Round Rock, Texas; her two sisters, Charlotte Hartley and Kathy (Javier) Paredez, and her brother, Bill Robinson; her grandchildren, Brandon and Colter Kardas, and Alexandria, Kierra, and James Lodes; her very special friend, Ron Showalter, and her two fur babies, Febee and Chewy.

Bonnie was known for her infectious smile and her outgoing personality; she never met a stranger and could strike up a conversation anywhere with anyone.  She loved her dogs and spending time with her family.

A celebration of Bonnie’s life will be held Monday, April 29, 2019 at 11 am at Amazing Grace Fellowship in Twin Falls.  Pastor Lynn Schaal will be officiating.  There will also be a viewing on Sunday evening, April 28, 2019 from 5-7 pm at Parke’s Magic Valley Funeral Home in Twin Falls.

The family would like to express their sincerest thanks to the care team at Saint Alphonsus, especially to the Rehab team, for their gracious and compassionate care for mom right up until her last breath.
